The remaster looks like shit? So disappointing. It looks way more AI like now and lost its soul.
I don't think the remaster looks any better or worse than the original. Just different. I'll wait until it's out before I write it off. Hard to be positive about it when we've gone so many months without an update.
The truth is that at first glance the new remastered for my taste is not better than how it was before... but I understand that with these new models they are easier to do with AI? Because if so, I don't have any problems in exchange for receiving more updates faster and not taking as long as the old models.

Well it definitely looks more generic now.
I'm pretty sure the thing that takes the most time is the writing and scene implementation. I think Tori sees the AI as just another tool. I don't think he should hire an artist. I've seen what happens when a dev starts bringing new people on to help with development and it doesn't speed up the process (ie Bo Wei & Dekarous)

So I saw that remastered picture of Ayumi with Terrace in the old one she's looking at me but in the new art she's looking at Terrace I hope that doesn't mean she won't tease me anymore by looking at me because eye contact is part of the fun imo.
The fact that I'm disappointed it didn't come out yesterday shows how much I actually care about this project, it's perhaps the only game I'm actually waiting for.
Probably Torimiata if he's making all these changes it's also because he doesn't believe in his project as much as he did in the beginning, the criticism is scary and definitely the pressure doesn't help (by the way guys it's a free game, he doesn't owe us anything this man, he owes it to the patreons maybe, however among the comments I don't see all this criticism).
If I can give you a piece of advice Torimiata get rid of the thought of not “being up to it” do it the way you like it, don't make promises you can't keep and don't worry that I'm sure we'll like the game anyway, even if it comes out in 16 months

Probably next sunday release and December for 6.0.He said he will try on Sunday.. so, hopes up for next Sunday

Btw he ran out of timezone now, I think this is the worst creator I've ever followed.
Independently of the quality of the work I've never had someone who just put random deadline, 25 posts teasing about the imminent update (who does that, he was not ready at all we can see it now), does not make it, then another one does not make it. Then start a REMASTER on top of that because why not maybe it'll help and now it's not about the update anymore, but the remaster. And guess what? he didn't make it.
And during all that period of time he'll tell you every week "The update will be there before you know it".
I've had creators who took a long break and stuff like that but never this precise case.

would it really matter if there was an update from the dev? he is one of the least reliable people to ask about it
There is no news, Tori is not in touch. We believe that the developer may have suffered due to the hurricane in America.
If that's really the case then hoping for a speedy recovery...it's fine we can wait longer ...health matters more than the remastered edition
