Honestly i dont think anyone here complains about the quality of the game.Its definitely one of the best nts games out there i believe undisputably.All complains are about the rate of the progess the game has

Yes, I agree that sometimes I'm harsh in what I say, but I want Tori to know that it's not to hurt his ego or belittle the game. I want him to show more results. Imagine watching the forum waiting for the game to advance and only going back with the remake and still moving slowly with something that should be much faster. The story is excellent, the only bad thing is the wall of text that makes us skip. My problem with the game is the delay.

In terms of development speed. It is faster.

How it could be faster? Numbers don't lie. During jan-march of 2024 you made far more content than since jan-april of 2025. Your development speed increasing tools just don't working. There are almost no significant new scenes and you making remake since august of 2024 so in fact you're development speed decreases like by 3 times if not more.

Same we all know how much potential this game has compared to other games of same genre. So we would like tori to please keep working on the project and progress further and stop releasing any more revised scene of previous updates and focus on main storyline.

Dev milked people dry with his first version, now he is doing a re build that's not even close to where the first version left off so he can milk these idiots again. Come back in 3 years so we get to the same spot where version 1 left off, then maybe the dev can finally abandon or start his next game.

Don't let the vocal minority around here mislead you. Most people simply don't care about drama.

In terms of development speed. It is faster. You need to consider the remake has way more content, CGs and animations when compared to the OG. Velocity is just one factor on the remake anyway and not the most important one.

I am super happy about being able to add animations again and opening up the game to more platforms.

I have also reduced the fluff on the script on this v2. I cut down the script by a good 10% chunk - if not more - to reduce that 'wall of text' feeling. Don't expect that will be enough for everyone but it def reads better when I did a replay today, so I'm happy for now.

I appreciate everyone that takes the time to write genuinely good feedback. It has been helpful.

That's just one change among many other small ones. I wasn't able to clear up the backlog completely but once in a while these types of updates are important to maintain the quality of the game.

Next update will be coming soon™. I'm sad about the delay as I worked really hard to meet the deadline but I need more time.

Dev can be difficult as a part-time solo developer. If, for some reason, this is unbearable news to you. I strongly suggest playing one of the other games out there...

So this is why most developers stop evolving the story and keep making remakes all the time, because it pays off.

Without spoiling too much how that is going to work, there will be some exploration of that type of swinging depending on a few choices you make as a player.

It is, however, a sub-plot, not the main theme of the game.



A lot of these decisions have their origin from polls and feedback from fans/supporters. I'm happy with these changes and the feedback has been positive in general.

Next update will be all about new content and it's gonna be a fun one. We are getting closer to Act 2 and there will be a couple of surprises along the way.
