Just give her the damn stamp, dude.
Do you play war games and wish there was a way to disable people shooting at you? I get wanting to disable certain features (I personally wish there was a way to disable complete sex change) but the way you disable Himari trying to turn you Japanese is already built into the game with a simple, one-and-done, interaction.
This isn't a war game . . . it's a porn game . . . made to have fun with ! . . . and, I'm NOT having FUN with that part of the game . . . sheesh, some people are so thick-headed .

I don't know if you're just having a laugh at this point or what. But give her the stupid stamp and you no longer have to deal with that part of the game. It barely takes more effort than checking a box on startup that would disable it if that option existed.

Did it occur to you that they might not know how to find the stamp? I'm not trying to start an argument but you went from 1 - 100 real quick.

umm recheck the timeline of events
They asked, you 'answered', then I answered, then they explained themselves to you, and you... ahem.. 'reexplained' yourself to them
Look at the post he was responding to before I piped up. Hence why I said "you and someone else."

1 - False, to your statement of , "It barely takes more effort than checking a box on startup" . . .
That's IF, you find the stamp, during the correct "availability window", ("find her stamp by checking the cabinet with the paint bottles in it in the paint room in a certain time period after she asks for your help"), IF, you miss it, (repeatedly), it gets REALLY annoying & frustrating .

2 - It'd be so much less "effort", to just check that option box to "Disable" it . . . so that one can/could, go on, and enjoy the other features of the game, (they may like more) .

Maybe, the Dev, will/would, understand the annoyance, and frustration, this can, have/be, to some of the people who play this game, . . . better than you do .

PS - I have "Done it" once before . . . and know how it plays out . . . I just want to be able to skip-over, that part, to get-on to the parts I much more enjoy . (Is That Really Too Much To Ask ?)

I assume you've tried re-downloading and extracting the game?
If so you could try deleting your "save file" folder. If you want to be safe back it up by zipping it or moving it elsewhere.

Go to C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\LocalLow\Rel_Pink\BMO-TV

Even without saving the game, files are still created there. I assume you don't want things unlocked, or else you'd pick "New Game", so if you want the unlocks gone, delete the "BMO-TV" folder and re-open the game.

Or wait for somebody to wander to this comment after only starting the game and not saving anywhere after unlocking things.

Highland, I really don't want to sound like I'm blowing you off, but the availability window is about three in game days before Himari starts crying every morning about it, and then you have about three days of her crying about it every morning. Grabbing the stamp before it's too late is very easy, even on hard mode, I literally just went to test it myself. I think I can shed some light on this though.

The plot of the game is meant to draw you in to the time loop experience, almost every new player is going to lose to that Himari ending on their first run, because they have no idea where the stamp is, and Erica tricks Himari into thinking you stole it. Some other things to note about these events are that the other girls also give you hints about it's location, and even after Himari first puts you on this bad ending path, it's still possible to escape, if somewhat difficult. Then players either look for it themselves and find it, or look it up online, and find out the spot it's always hiding in every run.

Edit: I forgot, Himari herself actually tells you where it was when this bad end reaches it's end, so anyone that gets it will know.

Now that you know where it is, it's easy to grab as soon as it's first available, yes it's only available when she's painting, but she paints every day at the same time, and you have almost a full week where all you have to do is be in the art room at noon, the only things that can stop you from getting there are random events that incapacitate you, the earliest of which you can probably get are orgasms from the vibrating clit piercing if you "fall" for that little trick. Even then you can just masturbate in the morning and nothing stops you from going to the art room at noon. Plus save states can save you if rng os somehow getting in your way.

A lot of the plot revolves around gathering information during a run to use on the next run. Himari's stamp is the perfect example of time knowledge you can use to your advantage; normally you'd get sucked into the bad ending thanks to Erica, but if you get the stamp, Himari becomes your ally, and you can do it easily every run.

I can absolutely understand being frustrated if you didn't want spoilers and couldn't find it on your own, it's hidden well, but once you know the location, there's really nothing stopping you from getting it the same day Himari loses it. I'm honestly curious if some other aspect of this quest or even the game as a whole is bothering you, because the level of frustration doesn't seem to match the problem.

I guess even I'm annoyed a bit to have to do it every run, but that's the plot, keep advancing on your knowledge of the events to circumvent them and come out on top. Fyi, there's another thing you might want to start doing every run, Katelyn will trap you in a bad end if you don't inject her with DUM+ to stop her, I forget when exactly, but she starts cleaning the house, and gets annoyed at the player enough to bad-end you, but it happens late in the run, so you have tons of time to DUM+ her before that, or befriend her, which I'm actually not sure how to do at all, if it's possible yet.

Edit: Actually I just spotted Katelyn cleaning in like week 2, so that one might start early, but it's still very reasonable to learn her schedule and hit her with DUM+ before it's too late.

I have already explained, WHY, I want/would like, to SKIP that part of the game . (perhaps you 'skipped' over that ?) . . .
So here it is again :
PS - I have "Done it" once before . . . and know how it plays out . . . I just want to be able to skip-over, that part, to get-on to the parts I much more enjoy .
(Is That Really Too Much To Ask ?) . . . Apparently So . . .

My comment was to reflect about my displeasure about there NOT being a option to "skip" parts that a player has done , and subsequently wants to not do it again, ( for what-ever is their reason), every-time they re-play the game .

Hold on, what part exactly do you want to skip? (and no I don't think I ever skip anything, besides day 1 after my first run, and then I use the time of day skip options that show up when you hover over the time of day) Because if it's just finding and giving the stamp to Himari, I'm sorry man, but I just went over how quick and easy that is, you literally just have to grab it from the cupboard and give it to her, it genuinely takes like 2 seconds.

If it was some long fetch quest chain that took multiple in game days, or required dodging rng, or had aspects that changed every time I'd be right there with you, but it's always in the same spot, nothing is in your way, and it takes 2 seconds. What are you so hard up for time for that this is such an issue? It's not like you can forget it on your hundredth run, Himari will bitch and moan about it every time, and then you have a week-ish after she starts bitching about it.

I have another question though, when you say "I have done it once before, and know how it plays out." What is "it" exactly? I was assuming it was the scene of Himari thanking you for the stamp, but that also is only a few text boxes long, and you can even spam click through them in like <5 seconds.

I'd also feel the same way if there were a ton of these kinds of events you needed to do every time, but Himari's stamp is the only one besides Katelyn hitting you with the maid ending. Once you give Himari her stamp, and inject Katelyn with DUM+, there are no other bad ends that "will get you no matter what", so normal gameplay will cause you to end up with one of the default possible ends related to some of your weekly wheel spins. (Unless you of course stumble into another bad end, might I recommend "losing" to Himari's manga while it's on the table in the kitchen?)

Well, some of Erica's ends might get you if you don't resist her constantly, but still, you really shouldn't let this ruin your enjoyment of the game when it's so quick and easy to defeat. Oh but I do have a tip you might appreciate; the funny thing about this game is that it keeps track of your runs that end, no matter how they started. So if you really hate the Himari quest that much, you can skip it, here I'll explain exactly how.

1. Start a new game with your favorite setup. (starting character, easy/normal/hard etc.)
2. Play normally until you give Himari her stamp.
3. Save this game in the very first save slot. (Or whichever one you'll remember best)
4. Enjoy the game.
5. When this run is over, "start over" and spend your congruence points.
6. Save this file in a new slot just in case you want to go back to it.
7. Reload the first save you made in step 3.
8. Repeat steps 4-8.

This will effectively skip the Himari quest, and everything else you did in that save. By doing this, you'll be able to keep gaining congruence points while never dealing with Himari again, because the scenes in between runs happen "outside the timeline of the save files". For example after you do 10 runs even if you delete all your saves, you would still have all your congruence points, those are tied to your player data, as in, it's saved in a folder on your C drive. Then that file is just updated whenever you finish a run, so there's no need to stay rigid in your own character timeline.

You can even save scum near the end of a run to get the default endings more easily. Whatever the case, I hope you're able to enjoy the game.

Edit: I forgot to mention that with this method, your runs may not have the congruence point rewards active, because you're reloading a save from before they were spent, I'm not 100% sure. Worst case scenario, you'll just have to start a fresh run once in a while, which means doing the early game stuff again. The points will still be saved every time, but the save-file you make in step 3 will need to be updated once in a while, maybe.

Not sure if anyone posted a cheat yet. Welp, here it is.

Unzip and paste contents in your game directory. The Assembly-CSharp.dll should go bmotv_0_6_1_f1b_w_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll. Replace it when prompted/

If you want to remove the cheat in the future, you should rename the previous "Assembly-CSharp.dll" to keep a backup.

What it does:
If mood less than 50, make it 90
If no money and you buy from shop, you get 100k
Affection increase instead of decrease
Popularity triples

Edit1:
Add function:
Vote gain tripled
Fixed:
Buying from vending with 0 votes before lotion now works.

Here we go again :

Several people have "given" their replies on "How" to get the "stamp" that Himari (?)/aka the Jap-girl, is ranting about .

In the last few "replays", I've tried, trying to get the stamp from the cabinet by ;
1 - waiting for "H", to Not be in the "hobby room" , (as suggested by a few peeps) . . . which were fails
2 - Trying to get-it, when she was there painting . . . . again, more fails

So, apparently there is a "Specific" time, (of day ?), to retrieve that stamp, during "one" of those two procedures ?

OR, . . . My current copy of the game is, buggered-to-hell . . . ? :rolleyes::unsure:

When I said, "I'd Done It Before", means I played through the 'whole-game' till the finish, (got to an 'ending'), at that time . . . , which was quite a while ago, with several "Up-dates", between then and currently .

Thanks, for your in-sights, though . (same goes , to APPR3NTIC3d )
