Is there any game where the girls (female PC or LI) gets progressively hotter / trashier as the game goes on? I am not looking for the standard games where the girl turns into a slut, but more like where a girl "enhances" herself with plastic surgery / hair dye / tan / trashy clothes. For example Good Girl Gone Bad has a bimbo path, or Deviant Discoveries where girls get progressively hotter as the game goes on.
In fact, I would not mind if there are games with a male MC who gets hotter realistically, by becoming more muscular, growing out a beard or getting tattoos as well
