Well, there's no new scene story related, only side events, but you still need to have and advanced save file to trigger them.

There is not a full walkthrough. The Walkthrough goes to Ver 0.03, beyond that you will utilize the Guide maintained by Golem 98. The Change Logs are helpful in being used as a road map to help you work through the Guide which will take you through the current Version.
