Seeking BORED AS FUCK: Advice me a game after a long break

Advice me a game to play after a long break of 1 year, I have difficulty choosing stuff so I need to be convinced.
The games I like are principally: Management, Simulation and some sandbox games with good gameplay, not the usual PowerPoint VN stuff +if it has good game mechanics and modularity.
