Very soon! January is working on a collab with another Dev then I got sick in February, but I've been working all March on the next update. I'm down to just 50 lines of script that need images, then it's QC, some new post work I'll be doing in photoshop, and playtesting. Hope to have it finished by the end of the month.
Hey everyone. The latest build is complete and in Early Access over on Patreon and SubscribeStar.Adult. This build weighs in at over 3000 images and, for PC and Mac, just a hair over 1 GB.
If you're not a current patron but thinking about becoming one, I strongly recommend waiting until the start of the next month. Patreon always bills on the 1st of the month, so if you join on the 31st, you get billed on the 31st and then again the next day.

Progress Update on Build 0.9
Hey all. This is a bit of a repeat post if you're a Patron/Subscriber and/or follow me on Itch, but wanted to make sure everyone who is interested gets to see it.
First things first: Build 0.8 will go public at the end of April. The images for this update feature some new post-processing work for which I've been getting a lot of positive feedback from Patrons and Subscribers, so I can't wait for you to see it.
Now then, what's next? Since 0.8 went out for Early Access, I've had a very busy couple of weeks and I've been teasing bits of information over on
1. The writing is nearly finished
Pretty self-explanatory. I'm currently trying to finish up two of the possible endings for this update, and then I need to go back and write a transition between scenes, but it's nearly done and I'm hoping I'll be able to have it wrapped up this weekend.
2. Image Gallery for PC and Mac
That's right. This is up and running and I've already added images through Chapter 7. More will be added as I have time. In terms of the process, for every image I include in the Gallery, I have to manually add it into the code and create a unique thumbnail. Individually, it doesn't take too long but going through all the images I've created, selecting some for inclusion in the Gallery, writing the code and creating a thumbnail can snowball into quite a lot of work. So, at this time, this will be just for PC and Mac releases. Sorry, Android users, but reworking the GUI and thumbnails to work on a mobile screen is just a bit more than I can handle right now.
3. New Content (light spoilers)
We haven't had very much explicit content in the last couple of updates. I'm aiming to make that up to you in this next one and, as always, in a way that makes sense in this perverse little world I'm creating. I may have to break some of this up, but I have a lot planned. First, there are going to be two different scenes with different partner(s). For one of those scenes, you're going to have some options. Options that people have been asking for for a long time.
First, Alex is going to have the opportunity to top. That's right. You'll be able to put our precious bottom in the other position and start to assert some Dom energy.
Second... I've promised it since the beginning of BBN. I've teased it. And now it's finally coming. Yes, you will have the option to have Alex hook up with a fully shifted werewolf. Now, if you have chosen in previous chapters to avoid this kind of content, don't worry: the "furry"-option won't appear for you and instead you'll get a non-furry alternative. But if you indicated interest, it's going to be there.
Third, I'm throwing in some other options as well, simply because this particular scene is ripe for them. It'll be a lot of working making images for all of these, but it's going to be worth it.
4. When!!!!!!?
Once the writing is finished, I'll go onto creating the images. Now, for good or ill, this update is going to have a lot of explicit scenes. And posing for explicit scenes is the most time consuming type of image due to the different points where bodies can touch and genitals that need to be morphed or adjusted. And there are going to be a LOT of them in this update. That said, I'll do my best to keep you updated on progress as well as any delays. You can also expect a lot of very spicy sneak peeks.
5. Anything else?
Two quick notes. I'm changing the way I number the updates/builds going forward. From now on, each number is going to represent the inclusion of new content that moves the story forward. Letters will indicate technical updates or bug fixes. I've been alternating how I did this in the past, mostly based on whim, and I think settling down to this system will just make more sense.
Second, with the pressure to get 0.8 out before the end of March, I didn't get around to making any Patron-exclusive images. I'm working on some of those now and they should be ready by this weekend.

This latest update was small - not really anything Rated R - it was more of a story progression.
It was definitely not small, a lot of new backgrounds and plenty of information! And I'm pretty sure that Boundbynight doesn't want to make just a porn game with a flimsy story, but rather a game with a good plot that also contains sex scenes. So we can expect the occasional update without actual sex content.
It was definitely an emphasis on story progression, that's true. And I've said as much a few different places and that the next update is going to have more than enough sex to make up for it. But it was roughly 1200 lines of script and code and 297 images. A huge update? No. Small? Guess it depends on what you're measuring it against.

Ha! Me too! Sadly just me and I have to occasionally put other priorities first. This time a big one was my health, which had be flat out for most of February.
Hence why i said it was story progression....if its an update without sex .. its a story progression update... no where did i say that was a bad thing - i enjoyed it - but it was still small.
