I don't believe so but correct me if I am wrong.
The opening sequence is linear to pick those options since you have the option to skip the opening.
I'm on the true route, is there a way to stop the teacher fromd doing orgies to increase to increase lewdness somehow?

Unstoppable since the teacher's lewdness is the reason the dates with Kanae occur for true route.

Progress your dates with Kanae
If (...) option is locked then you'll have to play the bad routes
I had done it this way in my first gameplay and just tried it with the save file
it allows me to pick the (...) option which leads to Ending B2.
I guess there might be some bonding condition with Kanae in the same gameplay before reaching it?
You can use the save file to view it if you want to.

Firstly, make sure you're on the latest version (v2.03 currently) for proper translation & all scenes.
The main download is v1.17 which you have to patch manually.
