Let me guess, Charlotte will corrupt and dominate Elora in that possible route?

Most likely to do route, not a certainty by any means. It would likely be Charlotte in the more dominant position (at least to start) but in an ideal world I'd have a short route or few side scenes that would be just Elora in charge but that wouldn't be full route worthy imo.

I've been curious how that would start, maybe El goes to the hot spring to relax and signs up for a massage and the masseuse just happens to be Charlotte, what are the odds? The two obviously aren't happy but El paid for this and this is Charlotte's job so they just get on with it but the El keeps sneaking glances at Charlotte who takes note of that and starts having fun, unseriously at first and then very seriously when her teasing lands.

My original idea was Charlotte catching on to Elora and someone else (likely Jen) doing stuff and then basically giving El a choice to pay her regularly to keep quiet about it OR El can help get her off when she wants as El ruined her run at Finn and with Cam she's focussing on his pleasure over her own to get him to want her more, so it would make sense she wants someone to take care of her needs. Then it would escalate from there of both starting to enjoy it more then just for the sakes of keeping quiet and getting off. But my big issue with this is I dont want to force players to have to do a route they might not enjoy or engage with to get to the route they do want to see, so that completely removes my setup. I could always do it with her finding out about the brand or something and threatening to turn her in to the church but then were getting into very similar territory to Leandros.

Im so in hype to see how cam x Charlotte will keep going into 0.5, i have a question where i can find the new character in 0.4 with cam, kiba? I try go out from the city but cam don't wanted to go hahaha maybe i have to trigger something in the town before?

You can unlock access to the forest by finishing Elora's first main mission to gather the ingredients for the alchemist with Jen. But then you need to do the side mission with Cam that you start at the inn, there will be a guy there with a blue hat and a question mark above his head that starts the quest.

At first that didn't seem very likely, but after thinking about, it might actually work. The question is, will it be Charlotte getting some revenge by domming Elora, or will it be Elora doing the domming and teaching Charlotte a lesson...

I still hope for a Elora x Seren route, possibly as a bonus route once all the main routes are finished.

Just an example, nothing more. Finishing all the routes you have already planned definitely takes priority.

Seren x Elora is a trickier one. I could see it working for maybe a scene in a way similar to how you describe with Seren using it as a way to learn Cam's preferences, or as a later High corruption Cam and Elora scene. But I can't see Seren long term wanting Elora. Something I'll think about though. As for the Charlotte x Elora, I covered that one in my previous message, but I think we were typing at the same time as your reply popped up at the same time as I sent mine which is why I didn't tag you/reply in that one XD

My random thoughts about this idea:
I imagine at first it would be Seren trying to learn more about Cam and/or trying to (at least partially) corrupt Elora in order to have one less obstacle to seducing Cam. But over time they could bond over their love for Cam and/or their dislike of Balthus and Irellia.

Or it could start with Seren going after Elora for the above reasons, only for a corrupt Elora to eventually turn things around and start chasing (and possibly domming) Seren, much to the demon cutie's surprise. It would basically be a case of a plan gone horribly right...

If at all possible could you do a route or 2 where the Female MC becomes futa? we need more of this in my opinion. Considering the name of the game you might already have something in mind

You might (no promises) see this in a specific side ending or as an option in Balthus' route. But I have no solid current plans for futa El, though I agree it could be fun but only for isolated scenes otherwise it would be an entire world variable altering so much.

just a different suggestion please add some new clothes and some piercings options and some tatoos it will make it more hot
