Honestly not sure if this is the right place to put this, couldn't find anything that was more applicable than this, feel free to move if there's a better place for it.
I needed to make a breaking news-esque image for the VN I'm working on, but anything I could find was either meant for videos or stupidly over priced, so I threw one together in Photoshop. Figured someone else might need/want something for it, so I threw together everything and made a PNG out of it for others to use. Font is from Google Fonts, so commercially usable. Everything else was made in Photoshop by me.
Obviously based off of another three-letter network, just don't put their name on it and you'll be fine. 1440 should be more than enough most uses, I believe.
and here's a little "No Signal" image I needed for TV.
