No but later in the game you can unlock waypoint gates to teleport between (need to find npc in the sands to unlock them)

You can use cheat codes to get home quicky or to unlock the teleports:
go home
all portals

Alternatively, if you jump from a high cliff you end up having sex with the Reaper.

Open the game folder, drop the file, play: now you can breed the nephefelims from the same blood.
