Seeking Breeding + Incest w/ Brothel Management Style

As title says im looking for a game with incest and breeding but also with the brothel management mechanic (or at least the ability to have other people use your girls).

"Apocalyptic World" has done the breeding (incest if you want it) mechanic very well. "Inseminator" also comes to mind.

For incest things like "Small town", "Society", "Become Someone", "SexBot", "Zara's School Life", and "Condemned Town Expanded" come to mind as good examples where the taboo actually has consequences and context; and you arent just squishing two barbie dolls together with the incest label and saying "now kiss".

For the best example of brothel management the things that come to mind are "Brothel Megacorporation" (though I wish we had more scenes of the girls with customers) and of course "SimBro: Brothel Simulator" back with the Legend of Krystal animation style.

The breeding and ability to have other people involved is the main goal. But the incest is the bonus ice cream and a (good) brothel management mechanic would be the cherry on top.

Monster Black Market - Basically a slavery brothel game with breeding. You need to breed your slaves with various monsters (goblin, orc, werewolf, minotaru, lizard) - the result is either a female slave or a male monster. You get some goals set, where you need to provide specific monsters to the slave trader (the usual "you're in debt, pay me in installments" plot). After the first 5 or 10 days you can unlock the brothel, where humans fuck your slaves (and can also get them pregnant).
Technically the game has incest (nothing prevents you from breeding a slave fathered by one of your monsters with that same monster), but it's not played into.
If you collect enough money, you can also unlock the player estate, where you can collect slaves for your personal use.
