It's an pretty old flash game with slave training and brothel management. The last version I played was an Halloween update.
The main character could choose 3 genders at the start: man, woman, futa/herm and one assistant. I remember that one of the assistants were a naga tsundere girl that was our childhood friend(don't remember others 'cause I was choosing naga every time). The main character could join one of 3 clubs depending on their gender.
The slaves in the game were various characters from anime/manga/games, and various fanarts(hentai art) were used to depict them. Slaves could become pregnant, followed by vat growing their children.
There probably were some exploring and fighting with mobs.
