Best brothel game I've seen (how has this game avoided my notice after all these years?! f95 thread is missing some tags). At the time of this review I'm in chapter 4 and the game just keeps getting better. Great depth and management to really sink your teeth into for days.
I'll +1 the review below me: I'd rather see more focus on the game mechanics than the story? Why? Well since the game depends on player customization with the whole girl pack thing, I've absolutely used that to personalize my game into a more non-human sorta vibe (monster girls, furry girls, etc). I love it. As you might imagine, the story's fixation on regular ol' humans is of zero interest to me, I usually just skip past the sex scenes (c'mon, this world at least has canonical cat girls, yet they're rarely used).
The agency you get over the MC's sexual attraction irks me a little bit. For some of the story chars you meet, he is depicted as head-over-heels madly lustful for them. Meanwhile, the game is designed such that you're *probably* installing your favorite waifus into your game, so I'd think your MC would be far more interested in *them* than these story randos, yet there isn't very much writing towards the MC being particularly interested in any of his girls. There's a romance system, but it's kinda one-sided in nature, and could use more development.
Like there's a certain story girl that the MC just cum buckets for, sex for hours, he's having the time of his life. And all I'm thinking is "man, I wish he acted this way towards <insert favorite waifu girl I installed>".
I'd love it if the game embraced its player customization foundation with features that would compliment how versatile art packs may be. For example, the world is canonically multi-species, why not make it official by codifying this as a datafield in the .ini and UI? This would better support non-human girl packs and open the door for some new potential species-related features (eg customers that want interspecies) I think, while also allowing the writing narrative to be more accurate (right now it just throws the human-word around).
Anyway, still 5 stars regardless of those quirks, keep it up dev!
