they always get a fear up every day they work that's been that way since the start of development of the game and they get more fear points when the customer gets a tad to rough even when the girl is into it like a masochist (i always found that weird)What do you do to your girls that just working is making them so fearful?Are they getting constantly raped by monsters and customers, or something?
the only reason i suggested drugs is that its actually common practice for prostitutes to use drugs to numb themselves like how you can read old stories of geishas and prostitutes using opium so that they can do their jobs without breaking down mentally, and this is a magic world so having a drug that can make a person more trusting doesn't seem soo out of place
also so that it wont be locked to the wizard class if its a magic only thing

I don't think that's true. There are specific events that increase fear, depending on your interactions (including non-regular ones like bedroom visits and xxx shows), but there should not be a constant fear increase just from working. Can you post a save where that happens? I'd like to look into this.
People numbing themselves is not limited to prostitution. Look at all the alcohol consumption in the world even today.
A reliable trust-inducing drug would have far greater consequences than love and fear potions, or spells limited to people with special training/abilities and a permissive environment to conduct hypnotism in. What if you fed the King this? The princess(es)? Spiked the guards' drinks? And who should they trust, anyway? Everyone? That's a good way to get dead. The first person they see after x time? Very unreliable.
Every class has +stat abilities, so giving everyone that spell (perhaps at different levels) isn't terribly out of place. Especially since every class can already do hypnosis, anyway.

Edit: I just tried a chapter 1 girl, and the only love/fear changes she had on an uneventful night, whether whoring or working, were the small 'reverts to 0' changes. So right now I'm leaning towards you wanting to eat your

You say you want to play the good guy, but let's be clear: The things you're suggesting would totally fit in an evil MC's playbook.
As a slaver, the first few girls you raise are special to you and share a more intimate bond with you. If you're managing 30 girls it's only natural that you can't replicate that bond with every one of them without actually putting in the effort. In that sense I think your trust issues are quite interesting narratively and worth preserving.
I wouldn't be opposed to a drug that lowers fear and 'numbs' them (= moves fear towards 0, but no further) - but drugging someone to raise their trust sounds very counterintuitive to me; unless it's a temporary thing and the drug automatically re-raises fear after it wears off. It could also take the form of an equippable item. You can choose to make your girl wear a hypno-ring that induces trust, but as soon as she takes it off she becomes disturbed and distrustful.
All that being said, to me it doesn't seem like a valid solution to your initial issue (wanting to be a good MC for immersions sake) - a better fit for that playstyle would be an NPC/Trainer that raises trust in your stead.
I have never had a hard time keeping them happy. Declare that you'll be fair upon getting them. Don't go hard on punishments. Pay them. Upgrade the rooms. Clean the brothel. Have security so they're not getting attacked all the time. Don't rape them.
It's actually a little more complicated, but the simple answer is:
1) Max Naked preference
2) Libido of 75 or higher
3) Do Naked training one more time, and you will be given the option of having her stay naked at all times.
Lower preference and higher Libido work as well.
Note that the above is very difficult to get on a rank C girl (because of the base ceiling of 50 libido), but is not that hard on B rank or higher.

One side-note: Hitting a girl's fixation during naked training lowers the Libido requirement by 25.

For me a head-empty-no-thoughts way of handling perks is to max out the two trees the girl starts with then prioritize Slut -> Model -> Player -> Escort in that order.
The only real QoL perk is the work-and-whore perk in Slut, which mostly just reduces the amount of micro you have to do if you want well-rounded girls. Everything else is about making numbers go up.
