So I figured it out.

1. Download both parts.
2. Selcet both parts.
3. Right-click.
4. Go to the 7zip menu and selct Extract Files.
5. Once extracted, go into the created folder and extract each other folder as desired.

It seems that part 2(from uploadhaven) is downloaded with a name in a different but similar format as part 1. Just be aware your 2 pieces get the name with same format(Bulging_Senpai_Collection7z.001/2) it works for me.
