Lol ts is the false positive more false positive that i ever seen, look.
All of us who know about VirusTotal (I work at Kaspersky) know that 98% of the cases when a file is analyzed in VT and only one antivirus detects it's VERY likely a false positive.
Fortinet doesn't have a great reputation (the antivirus that detected that for you), so you only have to worry when VirusTotal tells you that Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, or BitDefender detected something suspicious in the file.
Don't worry, man. I know you probably don't know much about what a false positive usually is or what's safe, but I assure you the game is completely fine, especially because I ran it and because I quit the steam verification.
Honestly, I only bought the game and unlocked it because the developer was checking f95zone to see if the people commenting there were from his server to ban them, lol, so I unlocked his game out of revenge. XD
But hey, don't worry, the game is safe. Look, here's a Kaspersky result:
