From my experience, a cover with a bunch of girls on it usually implies male MC with bunch of "collectable" girls to fuck, if not outright harem.
And to be fair, while the tag says female protagonist, the description would imply that's a lie - it clearly says the game plays from the perspective of Axy, the small spirit thing, who is described as male, so it would fall into this category as well.
Does anyone else know how I get the 5 hearts in the third phase of the second minigame?
Spoiler: there is nothing past the 2nd mini game. it just says You can play it later and you cant save. don't bother.
