Yes, I forget her. But she don't have a story/quest like the 3 others.

Open windows system volume and mute the game there, worked for me.

Is there only music? Usually there are three settings. (Voice, Effects, and Music). I asked how to turn off JUST, the Music.

If you follow the walkthrough step by step you should be able to do it. I believe you are missing something.
