Is NTR a constant theme of the game? I just finished the tutorial on hard and the CG started of the gal kidnapped being forced to suck off other lads. Was it cuz it took me too much time to finish the mission? Or is the game gonna have this ntr stuff for all chicks?

Well, one other character tells a story of how she had fun while "purifying the demon" and another short B-plot about queen, but that's it. Most of the women are experienced, but fall for knights skill or whatnot and stay with him, untill you get the ending choice.

However, the ending choice is... unique for the genre. Not bad per se. More specifically it is:
