1 page back is a download for version 1.64. Use windows zip extractor not winrar or 7zip for some reason they don't work but windows zip does. Also the dlc is not working right out the box. (Credit to Akina007 for the fix info, I tested it myself today. I wrote the instructions a little clearer.)

Navigate to ..\Cafe Maid - Hentai Edition\Cafe Maid_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_settings
Locate the "DLC.txt" and open it. Copy the 2 lines below into the file and SAVE.
2922390=DLC Maid - Medic
2922380=DLC Maid - Lifeguard
