Identify Call for help: is this a Squeeze/Milk Factory game?

Long time in the forum but never created a Thread so sorry if I did something wrong

I need your help.
I've found this image (and the clothed version) while looking around for Squeeze/Milk Factory material to be sure that I didn't miss anything.
Still I don't have any idea if this is a real game or if it is even from the same developer/artists!

Do you know anything about it?
