VN Ren'Py Can anyone tell me why there small amount of FATE parody games?

Hi, I'm new here and want to make Koikatsu VN (Is this correct termin?) about FATE. So i try to find something besides main games, a fan games mostly but besides few games that mostly 0.0.1 there is none. Why so? FATE is one of the well known series and TOP tier in adult content making. But there mostly none porn games. Can anyone tell me why so i don't going to have legal problems, thanks for reading.
