I found a game that contains similar content to the one I'm making and it would fit perfectly into the fictional universe I built. I googled if I could and received mixed results.
Can I copy another game's disclaimer ?

Asking the developer themselves would be the simplest answer. If they don't respond, then just use it and find a place to credit them somewhere.
It's not as if you're outright stealing their artwork or renders, or game as a whole.
