Note: I play on Mac, not windows. I generally prefer visual novels over rpgs and I'm a huge fan of ntr and am definitely okay with gay scenes (as long as the one getting dicked is feminine).
Some games I really enjoyed were:
Four Elements Trainer: game about characters I know which makes it really hot (also great art). The MC was really funny to me. I'm also a fan of trainer games. This one is my absolute favorite.
Seeds of Chaos: loved this one due to the ntr, although I kept getting game over cuz what I do is hold down skip so I can get to the sex scenes. Again, not a huge fan of RPGs.
Kunoichi Trainer/Jikage Rising: love Naruto content, the
Summertime Saga/The Tyrant/Rogue-like - simple move around, conquer girls game.
Braveheart Academy - hot sex scenes and the femboy made it awesome. Also, loved that they brought in girls from other series
Uni: really really loved this one. I'm really getting into female protagonists where I can control whether or not she falls into depravity.
Lust campus: similar to Uni, but not as good imo
Long Live The Princess: really cool game, enjoyed the ntr aspect and the variety of characters
