There's 5 girls in your party and your a male protag. They are all trying to be the girl you marry(?) because there's something special about you. I think it was your sperm. It was a story driven turn based combat game with quests involved. The quests usually ended with boss fights. It had a system where you could upgrade/buy new weapons and armor, equip rings, and other rpg elements. I think one of the girls had blue hair and mainly used a battle axe or large two handed weapons. Another was an archer. I think there was also a mage but I'm not entirely sure. Pretty sure you also start the game using only your fists as weapons but could equip any of the weapon classes later on.
You start the game by sailing away to a new land with the blonde party member. I think you start the first quest with only 4 party members(including yourself) and the other two party members are trying to locate you while you complete the first quest in a cave. I think the quest is to find a missing child but I'm not 100% sure on that. The quest is given to you in the adventurer's guild location and the party members also go to the adventurer's guild to try and ask around about you. In the cave, there's an NPC that teaches you about battle formations and if you return to him again with all party members, he'll tell you about 6 person battle formations. You could also freely roam the town you land in. I remember a cutscene where your party finds a body of water in a castle and you all strip down and enjoy the water together.
