Ok currently I'm stuck with another jp doujin/manga which i can't remember the name ...

This time thought i remember the plot really well
Ok MC goes to live in this villa or church ...
The villa is "haunted" by this ghost girl
The first day he comes in the ghost seduces him and they have s*x
He decided that it's fine and they live together
Time passes and yada yada but MC notices something strange with the memories of this ghost girl
She seems really profetic ... seems to know the future really well but can't seem to recall the past (even events happening just yesterday she just doesn't seem to remember)
Well that is because time flows in reverse for her meaning: yesterday for MC is basically tomorrow for ghost girl and tomorrow for MC is yesterday for ghost girl (and first day MC meets with her is the "last" day she gets to spend with him ...)
During the story ghost girl helps MC hookup with another girl also and they also deal with the yakuza.
Pretty unique setting ain't it?
Also i remember it was a series or tankoubon so it was fairly long ...
