Can´t acces Halfway House Ep 8

Hi, can anybody help me? I downloaded EP Halfway House EP 8. I downloaded by torrent, the only reason being I have such a slow connection that it crashes otherwise. Torrents are more stable. Anyway, I tried to install and nothing happens, I don´t have a start. folder. Any ideas?

There's no real installing, just extract the game from the zip or however it's compressed (if it is compressed) and double click the Halfway_House.exe to start playing. If it isn't that simple then where did you get the torrent from?

Yes, I have never had this before, it wants to install so I click on it, but nothing happens.
