I mean, you are asking for tropes so I'll just drop the ones that come to mind first:

Needs way more context to evaluate beyond basic pop culture tropes though, she could just as easily be a mischievous sister/best friend sorceress in a high fantasy setting, or a Thing-like shapeshifting alien the moment right before "she" sprouts tentacles and brutally rapes the (usually female) PC. Or a perfectly normal colleague under hypnosis/mind control based on the shadowed and empty eyes.

I agree with the rest, but for me she looks more like the younger sister.

She's clearly cheerful, and it's how the younger sister opposite herself to the, a bit bossy, elder one.

I see her as a bit of a smart knowitall type but the kind of person who helps out the mc with her smarts. I dunno why exactly but I get like mc could be incompetent detective and she's the assistant who actually solves things.

Either that or she is really smug and in a position of power over the mc and gives him tough shit to do.
