What aspects of the game are you looking for from other games? Cause if you want a 1 to 1 comparison than I'm afraid you're out of luck lol. Is it the setting? The harem aspects? The moralty? The factions? The Sandbox nature? Like tell us what parts of the game you enjoy the most or want more games that have them.

I think "Hot Sands of Antarctica" was kind of like a knock-off version of Desert Stalker. But I also think it was abandoned and it wasn't very good. It was like the equivalent of that "We have McDonald's at home" meme. If you're looking for "post-apocalyptic" theme, then I can't really think of any good ones besides Desert Stalker. Unless ... Dessert Stalker is an entirely different game about eating cake and ice cream ...

What I like about it is that it really makes you feel like you're stepping into a different world, it's immersive. Not sure what aspect you're looking to find but:
Games I've found personally immersive or the very least filled with lore or just kind of feels like you're stepping into a different world for a bit.
- Eternum
- Color of My Sound
- Hail Dicktator
- Vae Vitcis: Khan
- Summer Heat
- Mad World (abandoned)

Yeah Hot Sands would've been the only one that came to my mind that's closest to Desert Stalker... but it's no masterpiece lol. It is abandoned... that or the Dev has taken a year+ break lol.

At this point, if I'm not actively following something I just assume it's Abandoned by default now.:cry:

The post-apocalyptic setting and the game's morality system make it special. Or rather the fact that it goes through a phase with no limits to what you can do is great. The action scenes and visual quality are also a plus. It's not important but I also liked that it's a POV game.I don't know if the story changes completely with the choices because I only played it once, but if you wait for the time to pass in the action scenes, you can see different scenes, which is an added value. I know there's not exactly a 1:1 game, but when I play I felt different playing this game than other games and I know you guys felt the same. I would like you to recommend games like this make you feel different.

I forgot to mention that the brutality and violence in the game is unique too.

Yea, I know that feeling. Or at least I think I know what you're getting at it. Try the games I recommended. See whether that's what you were looking for. I can't put it into succinct words but they're games that helped me forget about my life for a while. I just dived right in and was immersed in that world/story.

- Being a DIK is another possible one but in my opinion, kind of fell off after Ep 8.
- I really recommend Mad World too. It was abandoned but there was a whole lot of content before it was.

As for brutality and violence ... I feel I remember some stuff like that. Mad World is definitely one of them. Others could be:
- A Father's Sins (There's a lot but don't expect too many sex scenes)
That's it. I can't really think of much else that I liked.

Honorable mentions:
A Friend in Need

If you don't mind 2D games then S.H.E.L.T.E.R. might be what you're looking for. Post apocolypse, lots of women to pursue, violence, and moral decisions.
