I remember it was something where you wake up in a hospital, like from Coma, and your memories i beleive are not there. Your sister now runs her company, you have no idea what does she do and she is for some reason mad at you all the time, but later on in the game you find out she loves you and she paid for all the fees and all for hospital to take care of you.
At one point considering you are staying in her house, some armed ppl enter and you defend the house from them. Getting shot i believe in process and you can see that she cares about you there and you wake up in hospital again, just a wound nothing more.
Cant remember much more, i know you are a male protagonist, you have a choice of girls you can pursue, even a Futa.
