So I have tried searching for it but cannot remember the the game/VN. I think its a Ren'py game. From what i can remember you start off in one world and as you progress through the story you sort of teleport to another world in which men are not really known. The people you meet are the family in your current world but they have changed slightly. The family doesn't really have much food etc, due to them being in the outland area and have to fend for themselves. Younger sister starts falling for you. (who can be made futa) The older sister in this world is part of the resistance and you end up warping back before long.
