A very funny porn game, a serious effort of imagination and writing was given to the characters and dialogues. I sincerely laughed out loud on several occasions (Oh Carl!...).
It's also a very vast game with many characters and situations, and perhaps that's the problem... There are so many stories that the dev couldn't go all the way. Many of the sub-stories stop as soon as they reach the point where the main story can move forward. And that's a shame, because these characters sometimes interested me more...
Because of its unfinished state and a few (not gamebreaking) bugs, I can't give it 5 stars, but it's a solid 4-star game. Highly recommended.

Great game, everything is go the quality and the body type of the characters..Why did you abandon this game and why there Is no android version of this game , Its very uncomfortable and risky whilst playing it on PC I loved most of its graphics and the concept waiting for the android version.Carry on with what you are doing and make more games like this and don't forget to update this current game ..Will be waiting...

emotions almost always added typical daz weirdness for most of attractive gials .
as a non-reader i d welcome more clues about the narrative. more objects to interact, some information tails in the last phrases, extra .txt w/t with what&why.
soso fake-animations (some are just 2 frames) i might even support still frames but with bigger variety of shots (angles , poses etc)
was mom intended to be a gilf? but why so badskinned and well, ugly... dunno, you could have tried some celebrities oldies 50+ since there were some attempts to add resemblance with some.
that hints board should have been made available to players via some ui button (it is ok when u are at your initial home but when home changes it adds some clicks. which pile up ofc)
some arrows navigation is abit tricky (penthouse, sewers)
no instant text skipping on button. here it is not that crucial though
eventually humor and unreal elements will affect immersion. in a way it is refreshing to see something not banal but better to have some boarders

Great game!

I'm so glad I gave it a chance. Good story, good pace, not so grindy, some of the models, like Vicky and Charly, are gorgeous and I laughed in many situations.

This game has everything I want in a game!

Humour, sex, good story, nice interface, interesting characters.

I'm not sure why, but I love this type of game. With sneeky references sprinkeled all over the game.

So why not 5 stars?
During my intial playthrough, a bug prevented me from unlocking all the content in the game. Since the game is fairly complext, at times I wondered if it was me doing something wrong, or if it was the game itself.

Luckily the dev is a very helpfull guy and he gave me a couple of hints on checkpoints in the game, So I went for a second playthrough and keeping his checkpoints in mind and playing the game very carefully, I got very pleasant playthrough experience!

For those interested, here are some tips that helped me to unlock all the content:

So in a nutshell: A very very very good game, brought down by some buggy logic issues.

In my mind one of the most enjoyable games I have played on this site and will gladly give 5 stars. Unftonately I have to subtract a star due to the sometimes buggy nature of the game.

even though it appears that the game has a unique design, it does not take much to find out that it has an awful engine and it is as empty as sahara desert.

It is just another, i promise things will be great, you will get all the girls, money, you will rule in the game but please start with doing laundry, deliver pizza, chores after chores after chores type of a game. and the glory just never comes....

With a wimp, idiot MC, this game manages to make even sex scenes a chore to go through.....

Updates are the only bugger... rest... IS GEM!
Seriously, this game perhaps have BEST looking women. Characters are so desirable if you are a woman they will make you lesbian in an instant. If you are a man, better hold your load, because it's gonna be HARD!

Even the MILF is so damn great and.. idk i guess I am freaking out more than writing a review but seriously , the artwork is brilliant!

Gameplay is point and clickly and pretty old school I like it. Really fast too so not bad, no fade in or out between scenes which is the usual. You just click an arrow leading to next scene.

The sense of humor is there and is fun! I have played John Smith and it's like 10 x that. So far there's lots of content but you will be left craving for more and only thing that will bug you in this game is "wait for an update".

After this game is finished it will be one of the best adult game there is I can tell you. Time well spent, go for it, download the game, support the dev as much as you can so dev can finish it fast because idk about you but I think I will die from this obsession and desire for more!

At first I was reluctant because this game does not run on renpy, but after booting it up I see that it has features that would prove to be difficult when porting.
The game is a sandbox, has very good renders, story is ok. Despite being a sandbox does not need ridiculous grinding.
I like all the characters so far, their personalities are good and they are not stiff. I hope we will be able to interact with the elder lady too haha.
The story is a bit over the top, but that is its charming point I believe, so that is a plus.
I am not giving five stars to this game because I feel something is missing. I can not point it specifically, but it kind of leaves everything too much sandbox, without giving a proper wrapper in the story; leaving the player too free to do whatever and losing a more engaging experience that some other games are able to provide.

Seriously a good start to the game, already lots of great content.

Good sandbox/management gameplay, which isn't too grindy. Plenty of good looking characters, which I can't wait to see more of.

Would like to see more corruption options, i.e gradual upgrade of clothing for store owners.

This game also seems to completely change over time, very different to how it was in original plays, and some characters have disappeared, I would like to see some of that content make a reappearance.

P.s. I love the cheat scene at the bank (in old version), also cant wait to see more of Meggy!

A game you must try.

Good content, nice art. I love the way you go into the differents buildings and the surprise you can find. The MC is not a douchebag. He is a good people , sincere and honnest, i like it.

The womans are gorgous and beautiful. The sex scenes are well done. The story is simple but work well.

A lot of thing to do.

Only three things i hope will change :

-You have to grind at the end but the prize is nice.
-Some sex scene haven't got a replay and as there is no galery it frustrating.
-The save system. Only one save? It could be ok if there was a galery replay scene. But it's not the case.

Conclusion : Try this, i think you will be happy to spend some time with the MC and the girls.

Edit : I didn't read the changelog and well... there is a money cheat...so there is only 2 things i don't like in this game ^^

Excellent game all around, even this early in development. It strays from the beaten path, as it is more of a naughty manager / economics game but that works surprisingly well and is one of the few cases where a sandbox is indeed appropriate and the right choice. Especially as the grind is very tame.
The dev (wisely imo) decided to rather flesh out a couple of paths and just start many others, instead of going for 25% everywhere.
Content is limited yet, but actually quite plentiful for such an early release. It's at least an hour of play to see everything that is there already.

Pros:

Good quality renders with a lot of variety and quite obvious care put into the design.

Slick and very nice UI that works very well for this kind of game

Nice background and decent plot (as far as needed) and interesting playstyle / mechanics

Good sense of humor, with tons of gags, pop culture references and with many fun and interesting characters. AND, while it is quite central to the game, it is not overdone and annoying in the least. (My fav so far: The "Godfather" homage in "Cocos Revenge I")

Neutral

Lacks a rollback mechanic like renpy offers - since everything works with single clicks, its easy to miss text or click a button by mistake. You get used to it, but it's a bit annoying at first.

Lacks a way to see where new actions are possible. Right now you have to check every location with some regularity to be sure not to miss anything.

Negative:

Nothing really. So far it's quite a joy to play.

Tl/dr: Great game so far, a rare joy to play from the get go. If the dev can keep the quality up like this, this will certainly go to my favorite games list.

A little warning: VERY light NTR (well, cheating... well not even really that ) Even for an old NTR hater like myself that is no big deal, so don't let it keep you away from the game.
