Hello! I don't know why but a game i played some times ago popped in my head, but i can't remember its name. It was ah HTML game, with a strange feature. Before the start you could choose the percentage of white, black or asian npcs and the percentage of them being males/females. It was sandbox and it also had the trasformation theme. Any help will be very appreciated!

Your description's kinda vague. But Degrees of Lewdity maybe? But I think NPC races are relegated to light or dark skin.
