Identify Cant find game, help please!

I'm looking for a game about a scort, you start wanking people on the streets and you go up from here. The twist is that you're a succubus. I remember you could go to explore the sewers (there is a monster you can date down there), the jail where the guard is another succubus you can also date, and other places.

At the end you go aaaaaaall the way up an elevator and fight against the city owner, with a special ending that I'm not going to spoiler.

Do you remember the graphics (2D, 3D, Daz, Honey Select, hand drawn etc) or what engine (Ren'py, Unity, RPGM etc) it was? Might help narrow it down.

Good point, it was pixel art, but not RPGM-top-down. It was like an strategy game where you got money doing tricks and then invert the money en upgrades and items. It had a second game about the shopkeeper girl, she died and went to hell. Can't find that either, tho.
