Identify Can't find old school game with character mods

Game that I played a few years ago, it had a lot of content and was pretty polished. School setting, very similar to HHS+ but it was on a different engine - unity I think. There were mods you could add containing about a hundred different models to the game. IIRC it was all female students, there were 3? classrooms with 20? chairs in each, you could randomly add characters to the chairs or pick and choose - only those would be in the game.

Bugger me, I must have passed that by 50x while searching. Guess I was too fixated on something with a ton of views and some sort of school/college/university in the name.
