I played a game a long time ago, where if i remember correctly you have an affair with your psychiatrist and later you share her in her car with her boyfriend then in her office where she act like a slave to us.

If i remember she is just one of the many female character in the game.

I remember "Returning to Mia vn" had a plot just like that word for word but the psychiatrist love interest was a side character.
