Identify Can't find the game.

I can't seem to find the game I've played some time ago.

All I can remember from it is that it had forced M2F transformation early on (due to some medicine or some treatment) and it was RPGM type of game, with a top-down perspective. I'm not sure if it was really RPGM or not, just the perspective.

Any help is appreciated.

I can tell that you had like one day as a male character and the next day after the treatment you were fully female.
