Cant find the options to leave a review ??

Like the title says, i can post in the thread leave a vote but dont see any option to create a review ?? i can still read reviews though.

Clicking the number of stars you want to rate it brings up the review tab.

thanks yes that is what i was missing. did not see that part. thanks for pointing that out.
