Im trying to find a game that i played almost a decade ago. The game mechanics are as follows: If you dont fuck then your horny meter increases, if it reaches max you explode and die, the horny meter is in the shape of a dick. Leveling up increases your skills but also increases how fast the horny meter rises. The song i remember in my head has the repeating lyrics ''cant hold it, i just cant hold it'', i think it was always playing in the first town area, it sounds kinda jazzy, 2 years ago i found the music on youtube after hours of searching, but it didnt lead me to the game. This is what i remember from the plot: You wake up in a hospital where a nurse tries to fuck you, in the end of the game you climb some abomination of fucking bodies and the game ends with the plot twist that it was all just a psychological examination and you are diagnosed with some mental illness. Its a pixel game.
