Can't open a game i bought on Dlsite

I just bought a new game

It is DRM protected and needs a key. Authorization was complete but my game doesn't launch. when i try to launch it it creates a new text file called debug with this inside: Can anyone help?

i just downloaded the demo version of the game and it launches just fine
