Hello. I'm trying to find a game I played a while ago but keyword searching hasn't gotten me very far. The premise at the start is two siblings (i think? they might be unrelated and dating) move to the city to attend university, in the process the girl gets a job at a ?coffee shop?. They get their blood tested and learn they are somehow special and things get weird between them and they freak out. Would appreciate any leads!
