Seeking cant remember a game

Hello,
A few months ago i played a game where the protagonist lives with his stepmom and stepsister, in this game you could lift dumbells in you room, fix a car, do yoga (and naked yoga) with your step sis. It was in third personn view and kinda sandboxish.
Cant remember the name at all.
Can someone help me please ?

Seems that it is similar to Midnight Paradise but not exactly.
