It was a game set in a house, no content outside, so not able to leave. There was the land lady/mom character, the sister/land lady's daughter, and the aunt/land lady's friend characters. You would interact with the sister character while playing video games and her story consisted of advancing in a D&D campaign. You interacted with the aunt character by working out with her and increasing your physique, while you interacted with the mom character by doing chores and stuff. It has an art style, so not photos of real people.
I think the engine was Ren'py, but it might have been Unity. I don't remember being able to use a fast forward for repeat dialogue.
