Identify Can't remember game - possible incest

Long time lurker, first time poster!

A game has been bugging me for ages! The scene I remember is the MC and a girl (possibly sister) in a bed doing a photoshoot in public outdoors. The MC has the option to "go further" under the covers

Any ideas?
