Can't remember name of a game

Hi guys.

I'm trying to remember a game I played a few months ago.
All I remember is a scene where, in a gym, the mother character is giving a footjob to the MC, and runs away after that.

It's not a lot to go on, but if anyone can remember it woudld be great!
