I can't remember that much about it, but it's RPGM or something, definitely not renpy. Female protagonist corruption game, moves in with childhood friend and they work together at a club. You are the bartender, and if I remember correctly, your friend is a stripper there. There's also the boss of the club but I don't remember much after that.

Probably Neon Oasis by CecondCircle . Thats the good stuff. But unfortunately the game's abandoned due to the creator dealing with certain issues irl. Hope he gets back into the project soon. But do try it out.
