So I'm having trouble remembering the name of a game I played a while ago. The main identifier is that the protagonists friend was green because his mother worked in radiation fields (or something.) You played as a High school/College aged guy and had many different characters you could romance. It was a sandbox(ish) type game where you chose the areas you went to and chased after the characters you wanted. That's about all I remember currently...
