Identify Can't remember name of game

I'm trying to find a game but I can't remember it's name, The one thing I mainly remember is a sister like character threatens to cut off the MC's dick, And she has a goth like friend who lives next door (Her name is angel I think).

The only name i can come up with will be Unleashed but thats cause of angel being a goth but doesnt live close to where Shannon lives
