I believe its a Renpy, but the MC is asleep beside a woman and wakes up to her daughter having sex with him. Hes trying to be quiet but she eventually wakes up the mother who is initally mad but says something like "we'll discuss this tomorrow, right now lets not ruin this for her." Also there is another scene where the MC makes a plan with the girl where he pretends to be asleep and she comes in and starts messing with him while the woman is beside him and he wakes her up so she catches the girl in the act all while he pretends to be asleep. Eventually the woman and the girl mess with the guy together while he pretends to sleep.
